Reservation & Cancellation Policy

A Deposit in an amount of the one night's room rate, tax, and service charge is due at the time the reservation is made the full balance upon arrival during holiday weeks and Foliage Season.

If the reservation is canceled 14 days or more prior to the actual arrival date the deposit will be refunded, less a $25 cancellation fee. If the reservation is canceled within 14 days of the arrival date and the room cannot be rented, one night's room and tax will be charged. If the room is re-rented, the deposit will be refunded less a $25 cancellation fee.

Payments may be made by cash, check or credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, Diners Club, Discover and American Express.  If reservations are guaranteed to a credit card number, all charges, in accordance with our reservation policy, will be put through at the time your reservation is made.

Thank you for not smoking in the Inn, in order to preserve the quality of our guest rooms and public space and in accordance with Vermont State Law.
